Gulfstream Equity Fund is an Opportunity Fund that invests in a range of real estate backed investment opportunities including loans to real estate investors; loans to affiliate companies, preferred equity investments and partnerships, direct ownership of real estate through holding entities and investments in other real estate-backed investment funds and opportunities. The focus of the Fund is to produce superior returns by having the flexibility to capitalize on market opportunities and inefficiencies while mitigating risk through diversification and strong asset underwriting.
